Nithucha Chandran, Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada Educator

My name is Nithucha, and I have been an Educator at Ripley's Aquarium of Canada for over two years. My interest in marine life diversity and their care in zoos and aquariums led me to complete degrees in zoology, and animal behavior and welfare. I am passionate about the welfare efforts of Canada's Accredited Zoos and Aquariums (CAZA) and the exceptional veterinary skills of those specializing in marine life care. In my free time, I enjoy watching cownose rays chomp down food and our octopus solve puzzles.
